Record integrity

Corrections policy

Material corrections are reviewed against evidence, dated, and preserved through the publication lifecycle.

How to report an issue

Identify the claim and show the evidence.

Email editorial@cementopsexchange.com with the canonical case URL, the exact statement at issue, why it is inaccurate or incomplete, and a primary source when available. Do not send confidential plant evidence by ordinary email.

  1. 01

    Triage

The editorial desk confirms the record and determines whether the concern is factual, interpretive, legal, confidential, or outside scope.

  2. 02

    Evidence review

The desk checks the cited source, the retained editorial record, and any qualified response from the source organization or contributing plant.

  3. 03

    Resolution

A material change is published as a new version, withdrawal, restoration, or explicit correction. The prior lifecycle remains auditable; minor typographic repairs do not change the supported meaning.

Safety-sensitive reports

If a record could reasonably mislead an immediate plant decision, state that in the subject line. The Exchange may temporarily withdraw a record while evidence is reviewed.
