CementOps Exchange Editorial Desk

The editorial program is led by Joshua D. Larkin, a cement-industry professional with more than 12 years of plant experience. The desk is accountable for source admission, evidence classification, publication decisions, and corrections.

Editorial independence

No plant member can directly overwrite a public case. Contributors submit evidence and proposed language; an authorized Exchange editor accepts, rejects, or requests changes.

Policy controls

Source admission
A record must identify its source authority, document, date, operating context, and the claim the source can actually support. Anonymous vendor claims are not admitted to the public corpus.

Claim separation
Source-supported facts, reported outcomes, Exchange interpretation, and transfer limitations remain visibly separate. An interpretation is never presented as a source quotation or measured result.

Editorial acceptance
Plant contributors can propose a case or update, but only an authorized Exchange editor can publish, replace, withdraw, or restore a public record.

Conflicts and confidentiality
Editors must preserve approved anonymity and exclude confidential or personal material. A commercial relationship does not change the evidence class or remove a limitation.

Version control
Published plant submissions are tied to an immutable review snapshot. A material update creates a new publication version and preserves the lifecycle history rather than silently overwriting the prior decision.

Report a problem with the record

Send the case URL, disputed claim, and supporting primary source. The Exchange preserves correction history and does not silently erase a material editorial change.
