Public knowledge

Case records summarize sources and editorial analysis within stated limits. They are learning material, not operating instructions, engineering approval, legal advice, or a warranty that an outcome will transfer to another plant.

Plant accounts

Users must provide accurate account and organization information, protect access, and act only within their assigned role. A workspace request remains capability-locked until the Exchange reviews organization identity and requester authority. Activation permits private use; it does not verify every plant claim. Plant administrators control invitations and internal permissions; Exchange editors separately control public publication.

Uploads and contributions

Only upload material you are authorized to use and disclose. Do not upload trade secrets without organizational authorization, personal information that is unnecessary, malicious content, unlawful material, or evidence that violates a legal or contractual duty. Contributors retain responsibility for their submission and grant the permissions needed to store, review, transform, and—only after acceptance—publish the approved record.

Moderation and publication

The Exchange may reject, limit, withdraw, preserve, or correct content to protect evidence integrity, confidentiality, safety, security, or legal obligations. Publication is discretionary and does not endorse a plant, vendor, person, or claimed result.

Availability and responsibility

The service may change or be interrupted. Plants remain responsible for local procedures, isolation, risk assessment, qualified review, OEM requirements, authorization, permits, and applicable law.
